The Department of Real Estate
has specific requirements for people looking to obtain their real estate brokers license. If you meet any of the requirements below, you will qualify for a real estate brokers license and can take the brokers exam. Requirements for a Real Estate Brokers License:
1.)
2 years of real estate sales experience.
2.) 2 year degree (associates or similar) and 1 year of real estate
sales experience.
3.) 4 year degree (bachelors or similar). You do not need any sales
experience.
4.) If you have experience in the banking, mortgage construction,
loan processing or similar industries you may also qualify.
